- Oversees security checks at the regulated agent
- Guides staff involved in handling air cargo
- Acts as a point of contact and mentor for colleagues
- Works with the security manager to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations

Training Duration
- Basic training: 4 hours in-class
- Refresher training: 2 hours in-class
Course Materials

CITO Exam
- After completing the basic training, you are required to take the mandatory CITO exam.
- The examination can be taken at multiple locations throughout the Netherlands.
- Registration for the CITO examination is arranged by Customer Service in consultation with the candidate.
- Examination fees are not included in the training costs.
- Upon passing, you will receive a certificate that is valid for 5 years.

Challenging
I found the course challenging but good. A little fast if you are not doing dangerous goods shipments on a daily basis.

Instructor Sander de Man mastered the special gift of delivering dry material in a lively and hands-on manner. As students among ourselves, we were also able to learn a lot from each other as a result.
Lots of info in a fun way
It was 3 long days if you have not been in the classroom for 30 years but through a lugty way of teaching and fun examples it was manageable. especially the difference in the issues handled by each person/company is very interesting to hear
